Sarah McTyre (she/her)


Sarah S. McTyre is an ordained Presbyterian minister and served as the Parish Associate for Education at Park Central from 2003-2022. She holds a B.A. in English literature from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina and a Master of Divinity degree with honors work in pastoral care from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia. She also did graduate work in Pastoral Theology at Emory University in Atlanta. Her experience includes serving as Co-Pastor with her husband, Andrew, at a united UCC and PCUSA church in Oswego, New York. She has also served churches in Alabama and Georgia. She has published in the Journal of Pastoral Care and Pulpit Digest, has published liturgical resources for the Presbyterian Church (USA), and contributed to the third volume of The Pastor's Bible Study for Abingdon Press.

Robert Allen is a long-time church musician, having received a degree in sacred choral music and voice from William Carey College (now William Carey University) in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Bob grew up singing in the church choir, often taking solos in choral works and providing “special music” during services. Since graduating from Carey, Bob has gone on to study vocal performance and literature at the University of Southern Mississippi, and did post-graduate work in voice at the Hochschule für Musik “Mozarteum” in Salzburg, Austria. He is an accomplished choral and orchestral conductor as well as being a frequent guest soloist with various orchestras and choral organizations around the United States. Bob is currently on the music faculty of the SUNY College at Oswego, where he teaches courses in voice and music theory. He and his family make their home in Liverpool.


Michael Sayles (he/him)

Finance Manager

Briana Vaught was born and raised in Mississippi and earned her bachelor's degree in education at the University of Alabama. Since graduating, she has worked at Disney World and The University of Alabama, as well as holding various retail positions. She and her husband have now made Syracuse their home, and Briana manages the church office and the church's outgoing communication.
